Such a great experience with Trae. I was at the point where I needed motivation and accountability and that's exactly what I got. He broke it down very simple on what you need you need to do, when you need to do it, and how you need to do it to achieve your goals. He took the time to listen to my goals and tailored the workout to my needs and schedule. The meal prep plan was also very good. I would say that this was the most important for me. With his plan, I was able to create a level of consistency that I haven't had in a long time and the results showed it. Every week I lost weight and I improved in my weight training.
